Isn’t is always the way that when you’re really trying to work on one project, another sneaks into your head and all you want to do is work on that one instead?? This is exactly whats happened for me while trying to write about medieval knights my head is drifting off into space and stories of abduction, adventure and love.
I love world building, the idea that my imagination gets to explore what another planet might look like or the kind of creatures that would live there. Figuring out weather, seasons, survival and how this changes a story has me hooked on the idea of a sci-fi series.
And while I’m still focusing my writing time on my Knights project, I’ve allowed myself some freedom to plan out some ideas of what this story might look like. I’ve been brainstorming some plot and character ideas, saving inspiring pictures and generally making notes so that when I do have more time to spend on this I’ll have lots to work with.
For right now it’s just a concept, I don’t know if it will simply be one stand alone story or if I’ll be inspired to continue and make it a series. For right now I’ve got a working series title and thats about it haha
